Community-based Photography Website to buy and sell used cameras & lens

Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a photography community-based website where photographers from all over the world can buy or sell their used cameras, lens, or accessories. I have all the wireframe designs ready for the mobile version, I need someone to translate them to a live responsive website. I'll share these designs with those who fit the bill. Following are the high-level requirements: 1. Users should be able to list their camera equipment. 2. Users should be able to choose the camera or the lens or the accessory based on the list that's dynamically populated based on each selection. Ex: if they select Canon, then only those Canon cameras/lens are listed. 3. You need to create the database based on the websites that I'll give you. 4. A real-time chat/messaging needs to be enabled for the users to converse with each other for buying or selling an item. 5. There'll be NO payment gateway or NO transaction inside the website. Users will be free to talk to each other and buy or sell in a way that they please. It's just an enabler, not a selling platform. 6. There'll be affiliate links (mostly Amazon, B&H, and such) that should be dynamically added, based on the user's IP, so that they can buy a new camera or a lens if they want. Basically, the link localization based on the IP feature should be enabled here. 7. The website should load fast. Speed is of almost importance here. I'd let the freelancer suggest to me the right stack to chose for this. 8. Sellers can share their listed items on social media. They can edit or list more. 9. Buyers can wishlist an item, ask to notify if the price drops, filter the items by location or brand, search for any item. 10. Then there'll be the usual profile, menu, sign-in, sign-up, etc. For your reference, I am attaching the main screen where photographers can see all the listed cameras or lenses. Best Regards, Prathap
