CMS Website Creation

I’m looking for someone to create a website that is extremely aesthetically pleasing, professional, uncluttered, user-friendly, etc. This is for our team Humanitarian Army. The other firm said that they would recommend a Contact Management System. This will allow me to make easy, professional updates in the “members only” section of the website. Here’s the structure…. Home Page Subpage #1 – This will showcase Trivani Subpage #2 – This will highlight our team’s “system” Subpage #3 – Contact us page Subpage #4 – This is our “members only” section The home page will consist of the following…. Humanitarian Army name with logo A description of our organization A high level description of our four areas of focus – internet, conference calls, in-persons, & Faith-based initiative A small lead capture form (name, phone, and e-mail – when completed an e-mail is sent to a handful of people with the information) Can we include a video? Links to subpages – (1) information about Trivani, (2) our team and details about our “system”, (3) contact us page, (4) members only section The members only area will list…. Internet-based marketing websites and ideas to market on the internet Conference call schedule along with scripts to invite people to the calls In-person presentation schedule and a “how to” lead an in-person A quick start guide Strategy, goal, and action plan documents Recommended product purchases for first four months Etc, etc, etc. Once we get the design, graphics, and content established for the home page and subpages #1, #2, and #3, we shouldn’t have to make changes to those pages. When someone clicks the link for subpage #4 (the members only section), we will need to have a username and password system. People will need to be sent automatic e-mails with access instructions, and they will need to be given the opportunity to change their password if necessary. The members only section will change frequently as I add links and documents. I’m not sure of the “style” I want for this website. I kind of like [login to view URL] – it’s simple, sleek, professional, etc. But it doesn’t have to be like this. However, I want our website to “say” – authentic, real, genuine, committed, dedicated, professional, humanitarians, business-minded, etc. Do these words help create an image for the website? I just do not want the site to showcase money, expensive houses, expensive cars, etc. This is an opportunity about humanitarian aid – it’s about giving.
