CMS/Postnuke/Template Site Design

Our company uses a content management system similiar to phpnuke or postnuke (specifically, it's a fork of phpws). We need someone to design 5 new templates.
You will need to be roughly familiar with PHP, and have experience designing templates for content management systems such as postnuke or phpnuke. Our current templates are very crisp and clean, we're looking for some more 'corporate' or 'business like' themes (read, a bit heavier on the graphics and colors). All sites are for life insurance agents. Ideally, we'd like a private message with an example of your work on a template system.
We will provide access to the code to determine what is needed for the templates. Our php developer is also available to answer any specific questions. We don't currently have any hard documentation on how the templates need to be layed out.
Will need full copyright to be transferred to us upon final payment.
We are prompt with our payment and don't have a hard deadline for this so you can fit it around other projects. I would expect a reasonable time frame would be a 2 weeks to a month to complete this.
I've indicated a budget range, please ignore it and bid as you require - higher or lower. Bid should be for 5 distinct templates, with multiple color variations for each template.
We're comfortable working with contractors and will treat you fairly. You are expected to be able to mostly determine the requirements from the code (shouldn't be an issue if you are familiar with these types of CMS), and we are expecting to pay for your graphical/design expertise.
