CMS migration for Gatsby marketing website

We have a marketing website built with Gatsby and currently use TinaCMS to handle some of our content management. We need to move to a more sophisticated CMS (likely to be Prismic or Sanity) to give our marketing team more control of the website. They need to be able to create new pages, update existing pages, edit SEO meta data and have live previews of their changes.
The project will involve integrating our Gatsby site with the CMS via GraphQL, setting up the appropriate data models and templates, migrating the existing content into the CMS and building a deployment pipeline.
