We are looking at developing an online platform for information sharing, enhancing network awareness and providing support in diligence, portfolio and fundraising. The project scope will include the following: 1) Creative Works 2) Platform analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the platform and the corresponding administration portal behind the platform 3) Platform quality assurance and SIT 4) UAT and Production environment configuration and deployment 5) Platform administration training & documentation Optional scope will include Maintenance Support and Future Enhancements. The development firm would be required to abide by conditions stipulated in the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement for confidentiality purposes. All information in these documents are not to be disclosed, either directly or indirectly, to any person not authorized to receive it. In addition, the ownership of the platform code base and data dictionary would be required to transfer to our organisation for registration of Intellectual Property Rights.
