We import some product from overseas. We have a few stores who sell our products. They sometimes have warranty repairs and right now they email us these, then the store owner gets a plumber quote, and emails to us to pay after the work. We lose a lot of emails, and we don't track the costs well. This will help us audit and control the process from Head office, to stores, and to our product buyer also. Stage 2 could be a customer login also to see status but this is not priority.
Basically we want ability tot us to track products that get faults, what we pay for fixes on those , and to audit and keep records of these costs, plus allow store owners to upload and see statuses of the warranty claims.
