Build me a 3 page website

I have a domain name and webhost. I have a 1 photo pageholder @ www.thf-global.org. I want to build it to 3 pages. I have all the narrative & pictures needed, so much of it will be copy/paste of text & photos placement.
I want to add a donate page (paypal, credit cards) & content I have, described above.
Not looking for anything fancy, just copy & paste & download from content I have. Lookimg for lowest cost to add to my page via my webhosting provider. Thanks.
