Build UI for single page website design

Job Description:
I require a static html single page website for provided sample canva design with following conditions:
Tailwindcss should be used for css wherever possible
Code should be clean and documented
Actual slider should be added (with defined hardcoded endpoints) and value in corresponding editable textboxes should get update on sliding them and vice-versa .
Pie-chart should reflect value as hardcoded.
Resizing/ re-aligning components appropriately to make UI look clean
Changes to make it responsive if required
Vanilla JS should be used if required keeping it lightweight

Note: I am flexible with timings, but strict on code quality.
