READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: We require a professional and modern (architectural inspired) website to be designed for a Residential Building company. You will NOT ask us for any references or ideas. This is what we are paying YOU for. Ask that question and you will be deleted. It is a website that requires things like "Who We Are, What We Do, Portfolio, Contact" etc etc. We prefer a dark themed site. The website has only front end features and must be designed to be responsive across all PC, Mac and Mobile platforms. There are approximately 15 pages in the site. We need this website completed within 3-4 days by Friday 16th August. Your full attention is required for this project. If successful, your first objective is to provide us with options of design to select from (and later tweak). Read this so far? Good, then in your proposal needs to utilise the words "I am at full attention" before anything else so we can short list your bid. You will be responsible for submitting design proposals, then when approved, adjusting and tweaking until we are completely satisfied. If you ask us to provide any "examples" the project will be cancelled with no Fee owed to you. If it becomes evident to us your skills and experience are lacking, we will cancel the project with no fee applicable to you. By bidding you understand and agree to this and this overrides any proposal from your end. We will not be reading your proposal and we are tired of the majority of Freelancers here with little experience pretending they are professionals.

I am at full attention. To start off, your terms are quite reasonable and I would love to take up this project. I have some great design ideas for the site, I'll start by first showing you a design that I have in mind and if you're not happy with it then we'll make adjustments to the design as per your requirement or change the whole design if required. I am setting the timelines for the project for 3 days as it'll be a back and forth thing with you that takes time but otherwise my turnaround times are great, I think we'll have the project completed ahead of the planned schedule. I understand you already have a domain and a web host, but if you don't then I can also help you sort that out as well.
