Theme layout is normal you can get this from many free themes available with this design concept. If you don’t have such layout tell me I will provide you.
Main job is to design the theme that it should look attractive and unique.
There are some basic requirements to focus on:
1. Content area must be at least 500px.
2. On single page post title will be H1 with link
3. Content H1, H2,H3, H4
4. At post end I need:
a. Related Post (which can be used by plugin) Style on style sheet
b. Bookmarking Button and RSS feed style
c. Comment Layout
5.3 Colum sidebar
