Project Management Website

We require a project management website, but not exactly that. It should be similar in concept to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]

What we need is a platform where users can register and sign up to access a list of projects available. The back-end administrator is linked to all user assignment requests and grants them, if he/she feels the user meets the criteria.

Looking for a web based project management software for my company. Something like Basecamp, I don't like dotproject or anything like that.

Basecamp is simeple, would like something like that.

If you have something already made, that would be great.
