Copy our exisiting website to two other URL's with bsuiness name change

Hi, This is a hard project to describe so please read carefully and let us know you understand. We have an existing dj website which we would like copied. The website then needs to be transferred directly to two other URL's within another web hosting account. The websites need to be optimised so that it doesn't show any old data from the other website such as showing as the other business name. You will need to understand our requirements and do this with minimal input from us. We need these url's running with the website on them as soon as possible. We also need advice if this can be done and not show old data from the other old website. We will then go in and change wording and logo's etc within the copied website to change to our new business. Required good English communication. work with little input from us and tell us what we need to do to make changes to our websites to not show old data.
