Test and Certify website in latest browsers

I attempted this project in the past and it did not work out. The person(s) did not understand the scope of the project and my needs. Please understand the scope of this project before bidding. See attached file: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] I am looking for someone to do a test of the functionality of my website and certify it works in all the main web browsers. Testing all features of the site in all 4 latest versions of the following browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari). You will need to download and install all these browsers. I have attached a copy of a functionality certification spreadsheet. You will need MS Excel to view and edit this file. You will noticed i started the file as an example on how i feel the file should be formatted and the path i would like it to take. a.) New users (not created an account yet) b.) Free users (have created a basic free membership account) c.) Premium Users (upgraded from basic to premium account) d.) Moderators (accounts who are authorized to moderate quests and approve or deny them) e.) admins (accounts who have standard admin priveledges f.) sysadmin (Only 1 master account) You are expected to keep a separate file (text) listing of all bugs, errors, suggestions or improvements as you progress along. I expect Daily Progress (in communication each day) on the project, whether it be via Email or Yahoo Instant Messenger. If you will not be working on a particular day, you will contact me and tell me. You will be provided with any additional information needed as the project progresses. For example: You will start this project as a new user with no membership account and do the certification. You will then create a free basic membership account and continue with the certification file. I will then upgrade you to premium membership and you will do the same. I will then provide you with an admin account, and so on , and so on. Do not bid on this project if you don't have the skills or experience in this type of project. I am looking for someone immediately and who can devote full time to this project. Particularly someone with very good English writing skills. This would be a good project for someone just starting out on Freelancer and is looking for their first feedback. This project , if successful, will lead to additional work for the winning bidder (if they are interested). Their is future programming work to be done on this site, and therefore, retesting and creation of manuals in the future. Please, take a look at the site before you post a Bid!
