I am looking for an established and reliable company to serve as my back office in providing full scope internet marketing services in the US Market,in Maryland and Washington DC areas. My market is small business, primarily businesses with simple websites who have done no or little SEO or other IM work at all. I am a specialist in Local Internet Marketing and Local Search, and thus my emphasis on small businesses. Within an hour's drive of my office are 10,000+ target companies and firms, at least, and I have invested a huge amount of time in making contacts and creating contact lists for marketing purposes.
As I begin to make proposals I have decided it would serve my interests to find one established firm that I can include in my proposals as my backoffice. In other words, I want to include your capablities in my proposals, but not use your name. It would be presented as a service by my company, Maryland Internet Marketing. In effect I become a general contractor and you a subcontractor. I am also the sales and marketing department, the project manager, and the relationship manager. Your company will provide all the resources and skills for every phase of internet marketing, from the smallest to the largest projects.
What I need most are reliability and cost-effectiveness. Without reliability and strong testimonials and referrals this business will go nowhere. With small businesses, cost-effectiveness and scalability are paramount.
From the sales and marketing side I would like to partner with a firm that can assist me with quick proposals and quick statements of qualifications. Speed is of the essence, as is customization based on the needs of the prospective client. A big plus is anything you can add to help me with the sales process, since I am a one-person company focusing on relationships and project management. Please specify your thoughts on how we could work together on the sales process to create synergy and generate large amounts of new clients for both of us.
I have just completed distributing a course on Social Media Marketing to 500 marketing directors of small and medium sized businesses in Maryland and Washington, DC. So I am at the point where I am able to send these people marketing information. So I would like help with that, i.e., providing sample materials that describe the full scope of "our" services together. Given the reaction to my course so far there is a high level of interest in IM and Soc. Media Marketing right now.
I'm looking for responses of capabilities, track record, referrals, marketing and sales help, etc.. Cost issues are important of course, since we're in a recession and every company is looking to reduce costs. Really helpful would be sales resources to illustrate to prospects how IM can generate new sales and reduce advertising costs.
