Research and Recommend High-End Webhosting Provider

Hello Bidders, We are a marketing company that occasionally has to host our clients websites. We are fed up with our current providers and are looking for someone to research on the internet, research user review and various top 10 lists etc. and come up with recommendations on high-end web hosting providers that meet the following criteria: - 99.99% uptime - On high speed backbones - Very high quality customer support with a phone number where live people answer - Ability to provide various tools including cpanel etc. - Good monitoring tools - Reseller packages - High bandwidth allowances - [login to view URL] and PHP support - Flash support We are not looking for the cheapest or most feature rich, just the highly reliable ones. - In the USA only. We tried doing our own research and came up a huge list and just don't have time to narrow it down to one provider. Deliverables: An excel sheet that lists 5 providers in column A, with the rest of the columns for major criteria listed above (plus any other important criteria), along with monthly pricing for a server.
