We are running Windows Small Business server 2003 and exchange server 2003 (although we have the upgrades to 2007 if required)

From this website, we have a login location for users to login.
Here is our requirements:
1: Some Users must be authenticated and have remote access to their PC's (5 users at this time) while at a remote location. Upon login from the website they would be prompted to either have access to the library of files on the server or access to remote desktop to their PC's in the office
2: Users in the office should be able to easily copy files to a location or shared folder on the server so that other users can access the shared folders from an interet browser. Some of these files are over 10MB in size so the upload process needs to be fast.
3: Some users should be able to login from this website and have access to files to download and have access to upload files for others to download.
4: there should be an option to email a link to the files/folder for others to download.
The entire process must be seemless and easy to use for the people uploading and downloading. there also must be proper security in place. there should be no browser errors or certificate prompts.
