405701 New App TAB Design 4 Facebook

We want to build a new TAB - Application that will integrate directly with Facebook. The application should show up on our member facebook pages as a TAB next to the Home and Profile TABs at the top of the page. The function of this application is to interface with a MYSQL database members site where the members can input and track a to do list of things we ask them to do and then see a graphical display of their progress. We already of this graphic display working on our site, however we need it working through an interface with Facebook and incorporated within a MYSQL database. ALTERNATIVELY.... to the above if this is TOO costly or time consuming to put together, then we would like to use our GROUP page on Facebook to build a member base via facebook and ADD a TAB on our GROUP page that allows the members to communicate with our company as to things we need them to do. Programmers, I realize you will need much more details in order to properly bid on this.
