Update my website

My website was designed so I could make changes easily myself. This has only worked out on some area of the website. I need somone to make a few changes for me so that I can manage and make changes to all aspects of the website. 1. I am unable to change a large static section on the homepage. There is a large section with the heading 'Performance golf clubs at factory prices', with some text underneath and also a link box 'Sale now on' I would like to be able to change the text easily so I can put in different messages and different photographs. For example I may like to do the following- ' Sale this week only on all Rescue Clubs'. I would have a picture of a rescue club and a link from the picture to the category 'rescue club'. I would like to change this easily to upload any photograph, change the text and link the photo to any category on the website. 2. There is a static message on the homepage 'free shipping on orders over €250. I would like to be able to change this text from time to time. 3. I would like to change the shipping amounts in the shopping cart, they are currently set at certain amounts and I do not know how to change this. 4. I would like to add in a gift voucher section in the categories on the homepage. I need someone to set this up for me so I can offer gift vouchers for any amount the buyer wants and they do not get charged for shipping. I need a system set up so these vouchers can be redeemed easily for both me and the customer.
