OMG We Heart - Website development in Magento

We require a webdesigner to build an ecommerce site for our Fashion accessories store in Magento. The sketch design, attached will need to be functional in Magento. The attached document contains 6pages, including 2 pages for each shown page; Homepage, products page, product description. The first of the two pages show the webpage upon landing, the 2nd page, shows functional pop up items when the customer scrolls over the item image. The site will need to include Managable labels on products, discounts to individual products, favourites and My account list, 4x headers - Products, Occasions, Sales & Info. Each header will have approx 5-6 drop down subcategories. The designer will require to add his/her flair to promo banners where only text is shown. We require quickview over our product images, integration with ebay so products on ebay update automatically when updated on our website. Coupon discounts will be applicable as well as flat rate shipping options, and add on shipping cost for each extra product. Payment will be via paypal and merchant bank account. We will start with approx 25 items, various colours for each style and require cross and up selling. Some guidance by the designer is desired on what can best work for our company. Must be good communicator, problem solver and team player. We require the site to be complete asap, as we wish to soft launch first and follow with a complete launch.
