Joomla based website from a finished PSD design

We are looking for a reliable web design company. You must have a website and portfolio to be considered for this project. We need a joomla template created from a finished PSD design. All source files will be supplied. Site must look exactly like the .psd - down to every margin, spacing, placement, font size, font type, color, etc. so it has to look exactly like the .psd which will be provided Please send back approximate time to complete and what an hourly rate would be to work on the site in the future.
