Photoshop on some product pictures

Hi,
I have took some product pictures and now need you to use photoshop or other tools to modify the pictures and give it a fine touch to make it ready for ad and website purpose.
The original pictures is 2816*1880 resolution.
The goal is to make it look professional in 800x600 resolution.
I attached 3 samples. One is the original(I have to resize it due to upload 1024kb limit, one shows my requirement, the third one is what I think meets the standard of ad and website purpose.
I have around 80 pictures in total. The attached sample is the most difficult one.
This project has a deadline of 08/11/2009
My budget is around $100 USD. However, if you could finish the job earlier and meets the requirement, I am willing to pay more.
