we have had a website created which we are happy with, there are some problems however with the shopping cart and the provider who created the site and said he would give us 2 months support refuses to acknowledge the problem or even answer our emails, so much for 2 months support, this was our first project on here and we obviously made the mistake of paying the provider and believing that he really would give us support with any problems that occured.
The initial problems we have found are as follows
* only a few random orders go through succesfully, about 1 in ten test orders we try go through the rest have a card error message come up , we also already have customers going onto the site , a couple have managed to get an order to go through but others have phoned or emailed to say whatever they try the card error message comes up
*we also need the start date of solo and maestro cards to show on the order in admin, which it doesn't at the moment
*we also need the issue number to show on the order in admin
*we will also want to form a good relationship so we can pay for help with the site as and when we need it, so please only contact us if you really know what you are doing and are prepared to sort the problems out properly for us and continue to give us support in the future.
