Magento Shopping Mall

Using Magento, which is Free to download: Phase I 1. Configure a Shopping Mall where I can sell stores. 2. We will need 2 home pages, one for the general public, to access the shopping mall and shop, and anotherone for me to offer the service of selling stores in my mall. Phase II 1. Using Magento configure a Shopping Mall but this is specifically for a local franchise chain. They sell remanufactured toners and ink cartridges. My idea is to develop this and then sell it to them. 2. A home page where customers will First choose the store they want to shop. Each store will be listed by city. 3. Load products (create products) in the store. Each time a store is created, it should be created with a base line of products pre-loaded, with photos and prices. Of course, each store owner can then alter the data adding, substracting products, changing prices, etc. The programmer will have to create about 500 products. I will give you the list of products, but images would have to be searched and downloaded from the internet. 4. The ability for customers to just place orders, no monetary transaction occurs. Then the store receives the order, deliver it and either collects money on delivery or just invoice the customer on credit terms. The invoicing would take place in another software required by the Master Franchisor. 5. Upon awarding the project, then I will tell the name of the franchise, and where to look for images, so a customized home page for the shopping mall and for each store can be made. Thanks,
