Joomla or Drupal multimedia website

This project is really for my sister so I’ll play the middle man. She wants to start an entertainment company to recruit actors and actresses, stream live TV shows, allow potential clients to submit resume’s and possibly have a small store front for selling some videos. The website will have an African Theme (globe with the African map on the front. The basic layout of the website is open for discussion but the site should have the following features: - Some flash or HTML5 for a photo gallery - A simple portal to submit resume’s , users should be able to come back and edit or upload a new one - Live stream of video from video stream (a plug-in from Drupal or Joomla will do too) - A page to display movies and TV shows with a link to buy now - A page for trailers for all movies and shows. A link for trailers should be available on the movies and TV show pages. - A page for latest articles/news – Some items from the news page can be displayed on the front page. - Upcoming events page and maybe a calendar plug-in to display upcoming events on the left or right side of the front page.
