Drupal upgrade

I have two Drupal based websites that I would like to have upgraded. One is based on Drupal 6 and the other on Drupal 5. I want each site to be upgraded to the latest version of each. I can update the modules later myself, so it shouldn't take more than a 1/2 hour to do both sites. Lowest price will get the job. Thank you.
