Create AdSense Website Generating $15-$20/USD a DAY

Time frame : 1 week for development + 2 weeks test period, I will buy the domain. YOU give me the NAME! Create a niche website generating $15-$20/USD per day from AdSense advertising. I will provide hosting, install Wordpress and give Wordpress administrator password. I will also register the domain name suggested BY YOU. If you accept this job you will have to: - Find a niche, but NOT Porn, Pharma, drugs, violence or gambling - Build a Wordpress based website around the niche - Find an available domain name for the website and ask me to register it at the beginning of the development period (domain available at registration fee, buying already registered domain from someone will not work) - Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) - Prove, during the 2 weeks test period, that the website is generating an average of at least $15-$20/USD per day. The website will have to satisfy the following: - All content must be UNIQUE and written in English. I will check this with Copyscape and other tools! - All income must come from AdSense ads - Average income should be between $15 and $20 USD a day (steady income and should increase after 2/3months we will discuss) - It should be planned to deliver that income for at least one year - All future maintenance work can be outsourced. - At least 20 pages of content - Traffic must be organic (from search engine or social website or legitimate backlinks) - No paid traffic or bot is used to get visitors/hits! - No adult, gambling or violent content! - The website must be 100% compliant with AdSense Terms of Service (TOS)!! If my adsense account is banned, you won't get paid - The website must NOT be an autoblog - No blackhat SEO methods!! Final product will contain the following: - Wordpress website, template, plugins and content - Copyright of website content will belong SOLELY to me - Everything else related to the website (if anything); Example : facebook page, passwords, etc. - A small guide describing what must be done to maintain website and its revenues (see below "Outsource guide to maintain") ”This is very important!! - A small guide describing what has been done to build website (see below "Work done") Payment will be issued 1 week after test period is over if average income is maintained. Otherwise, the project will go back to test period for 2 more weeks. Payment will be issued as soon as average income during 1 week with my AdSense code is at least $10-20 USD a day. ** Outsource guide to maintain** For every task I want to know: - Where to outsource - What to outsource - Price - Frequency (every X days) - Freelancer name (if possible) >> Example : "Hire XXXX @ [login to view URL] to build 100 backlinks every month for 10$" - The guide has to provide enough detail for me to realize those tasks without help. ** Work done ** - For every task I want to know - Week # (from beggining of project) - Activity done - Price - Time required >> Example : "Week #1 - Hire freelancer at freelancer.com to write 20 articles of 500 words - 40$ - 1 hour" - The guide doesn't have to be long, complex or too detailed. I just want to have an idea of what has been done, when it has been done and how much does it cost (SEO, backlink, wordpress configuration, etc.).
