Build and design an online store for my startup company in Dubai - open to bidding

I want you to build my online store for my startup which is an online delivery company to mothers with children aged between 0-3 years old. Based upon their subscription of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, and based upon the baby's weight, we will deliver their weekly requirements of diapers (Pampers/Pampers Premium/Huggies) and Wipes (Pampers, Pampers Sensitive, Huggies, Sebamed, Hipp Organic) to them. Moreover, and based upon their individual needs, they can order from us bottles and baby products from us, organic baby food, nappy tubs, infant formula). The weekly delivery has to fit into a 5kg delivery box which we will design. After this gets off the ground, we will expand it to the rest of the UAE and add more products for them. At a later stage as well, we will start offering unique items for our customers (e.g. baby blankets from Nordstrom, bibs, BabyBjorn, etc...) I have attached a presentation for more initial info.
