Assistance completing this project.

Hi,
I need to create a online store for a pretend company using ASP.NET and VB.NET only (no C# to be used). I have attached where the project is currently up to.
Below is the brief that i am required to create the project from. This is not a real site and will never be published online. I simply need help getting the remaining requirements into the project.
It is to have a database (Using Microsoft Access, this might need to be modified to make it work), which Is included in the file. It has 3 tables:
Product Details
Customer Details
Order Details
Pages (4) it is to have are:
Home Page
Product Details page (with ability to add items to shopping cart)
Shopping cart page (listing items that were added to the cart, total cost of order, and fields to collect customer details)
Admin area for administrators to add, edit and remove product details
Order Processing
It should show where the banking gateway interface should be (but this is not required to be built). The order in this template will just be emailed through to the website administrator and a copy sent to the customer.
I believe this to be a relatively simple template/design to create. Can you please advise how much to complete this and how quickly you could complete it?
