Website Main Banner & Menu Navigation Design for 'Career Assessment, Exploration, and Counseling' Portal

I need a 'Stunning' banner (No Flash, No Gif) with Menu navigation for my webportal www.skillgapfinder.com.
The style (menu+Banner) should be same as : www dot printvenue dot com
The banner MUST load very fast and also MUST have high quality photo & design relevant to my portal service (Career, Education, Online Career Assessment, Online Career Exploration, Career & Education Counseling, Tele-Counseling).
The designer must send me the draft style/layout/Images of the banner for approval. I need complete PSD, Banner Images, Banner, Java Script to run the Banner (Slider/Glider Jquery) and Menu script (All Source and Executable). The payment will be made once the banner has been placed on the portal and running.
I also need a Logo Source File to be re-design (Same as the Existing Logo).
Note: All Images must be original, unique, royalty and license free.
The Designer must show his portfolio of banner & menu design. If you don' have, please do not bid.
