We have a client who has hired us to revamp her website for her in-home daycare. We are looking for alternate designs to offer her in addition to a couple we have created. This job is for a designer to provide only design comps for the new site - no coding required as we have an in-house developer who will create the styles for us.
The following items will be used in considering selection of a bidder:
- Portfolio: does the designer posses a portfolio of outstanding and verifiable designs?
- Number of comps: how many designs per dollar is the designer offering?
- Mobile friendly: does the designer's portfolio demonstrate an understanding of flexible design principles?
Please ask if you have further questions. Thanks!
All we're looking for is a couple alternate general content mockup designs to present to the client. We won't be looking for any actual implementation of the designs, and we will expect to have ownership of the designs regardless of whether the client chooses them or not. The more designs you can offer within your bid, the more likely I would be to award you the project.
She's pretty open to designs and layouts, but I can tell you that she likes light purple. If your designs include a splash page mockup, that is also a plus, but we're really looking for a general theme for the content pages. Some of the planned content pages are a list of qualifications, certifications, and degrees, a daily meal menu, and a parent communication board.
Let me know if you have other questions, and how many mock ups you can offer within your bid.
