Web Site Design (20 sites) - cloud computing

Need approx. 20 websites designed. The sites will be drupal based. For each site, the front page must be very unique. Other pages can be more similar after the first page (among the 20 sites). We are looking for graphic design like borders, colors, and more css design details, but also some original art work as a title graphic (and or background image) for each of the 20 sites. The sites are all themed on "cloud computing". A supplier of our needs should probably either be versed in how css works on drupal, or knows they can learn it at their expense. (that is how drupal does things). The supplier also has to absolutely come up with original non-copyright infringing graphics. So the images must be all original, and the working "background" of the images should be submitted, i.e. your layers, and revisions (rough work) in photoshop (or similar) should be provided. This project is probably ideal for someone with artistic abilities, but that also works with CSS (and general web site design), and drupal. Some additional work will also be available to the winning supplier who works out well. This is probably at least 60-90 hours of work. We are looking for very professional results. The winning bidder would have a successful portfolio of similar achievements, and would produce one or two sites for an appropriate escrowed amount, then we can break the remaining sites into pieces and escrow each set of them. Therefore funds can be released as the project proceeds. No money will be paid in advance, it must be escrow based. We also need a few banners designed as well. Again all sites are themed on cloud computing, and there for the designer must be able to artistically work with “clouds” as created art, and also imagine graphics like networking connection graphics like computing grids, etc, as visual art. A good candidate would also have their own innovative ideas. We will be adding a more exact spec for this project in the next few days. For now the bidders should bid their amounts based on assuming its about 90 hours of work.
