Small Website Update / New Look /Theme

Hi, I have a basic Wordpress site that needs updating (content and an additional section). Whilst I will provide the updated copy I require the following. 1. A review of the current site and recommendation of a new layout and theme to use (perhaps two or three options to choose from) 2. Build new site using most of the existing structure/content plus some revised or new content (I will provide) 3. Include more variety in stock photo's (I can pay for these separately) 4. Provide new site (not live) for me to review and incorporate changes until I am happy with the result. (I expect two / four iterations) 5. Load new site live on my current web hosting service replacing current site. (back up old site and provide files so it can be re-activated if necessary) 6. Test functionality and fix any errors in functionality or operation 7. Provide written instructions on how I can update the site with step by step screenshots (text updates) 8. Provide one hours online tuition on the same (I can connect and screen share at my expense) 9. Provide hourly rate for ongoing updates or support. I run a small HR and recruitment business so style needs to be clean, contemporary, but professional and restrained, inspiring confidence. Information needs to be easy to access and work well/format across a range or browsers.
