Simple and Neat Ebay Listing Template

We are looking for an experienced eBay listing template designer for a simple project. There will be more projects for the right person. It might include store design, website design and some picture/banner designs later on.

The requirements:
We want pretty much the same layout and functionalities from the sample provided. You can go free style for the design for now but make sure the contents are easily customisable and not heavy to load on a webpage, iphone and ipad.
The top page of the listing template should include a banner with buttons like the sample shown. So, it will have key buttons like Store Home, About Us, Contact us etc. It will be just like most traditional eBay listing templates or websites.
The next bit should have a table/space to put a few texts e.g. item features or any promotional banner.
Then, the picture gallery will need a size of 500x500 by default for the large image (must be easily customisable in DW to different sizes) and thumbnails on the right which will automatically scroll to the next picture if not selected. The number of thumbnails must be customisable in DW. So that, we will be able to re-locate them and or add more thumbnails in the listing if needed. All our pictures are hosted on a different website e.g. photobucket. So, make sure the html links/the images links are easily pasted for the picture gallery.
In order to minimise the length of the listing template, we would like to have all details grouped into one table. The traditional listing template is to have Payment in one table then Shipping in one table etc. We do not want that! We would like to group them all into one single table. Please refer to the sample for reference. These are buttons that only show details on selection. It will dramatically reduce the wait time for purchase. All contents including the button must be easily customisable in DW i.e. we will be able to remove or add anything in the future.
At the bottom of the listing, the viewers will be able to share the listing on facebook and or twitter. There should be 2 buttons to allow viewers to share the listing easily.
