Retail Commerce Website - creative designers only

My client requires a commerce website to be created to cater for a alternative online clothing/accessories store. Required pages: Front page - Featuring news/updates, upcoming and current sales, facebook wall updates box, links to store pages and links to info/help pages. Shop - Preferrably run from oscommerce or zencart, open to other suggestions though. Preferred colors: Red, black, white, lime green, grey Site template aswell as graphics to suit the template are to be created and provided by you. The demographics are the same and stock is similar (but dont copy it completely, we can't cause any trouble with them) The site needs to be professional looking, but artistic. Needs to be ornate but with an attitude feel to it.
