We are seeking a complete payment portal system, one tailored to our idea and business concept so where not looking for an already made template. This system would more of an paypal type system in security and function. 1. Corporate ID Logo Development 2. Payment Portal Development 3. Backend Development We need someone with great graphic layout and development skills. The website would need to be design great with good visual layout. The Logo in the same fashion. We are looking to start ASAP with the right company. Developer would need to sign a NDA, Development Agreement, and a Copyright Release Form. Payment through Bank Transfer, Pay Pal, or Invoiced. All payments at development end of the project and all contracts signed and delivered.
