Newsite needs a home page facial

Hi I have attache dthe PHP to my homepage. WHat I need is for a custom logo to be made for my home page at: [url removed, login to view] as well as for the front page to have a new look. A flash banner would be great. I want very clean looking designs.

Bids must have attached a customised version of the [url removed, login to view] file i have attached or they will NOT be considered. ALl the original functions and features of my site must be in the new designs, but they may look better.
