New website with graphics

I need a very elegant looking, yet basic, website. It will involve graphic design of the site to look VERY professional. The actual site itself will be pretty basic. Existing logo to be provided and site colors/style based upon that logo.
Graphic design needed:
-I need 3 versions of the business name, one each for each city I have a business in. For example, "Madrid Coffee Shop" and "Barcelona Coffee Shop" and "Paris Coffee Shop". The "Coffee Shop" will be the same, the only difference is the name. Same exact graphic style, different city name.
-I need one "buy here" type photo/graphic that links to another page where the customer makes their purchase online.
-I need another photo/graphic that will link to a list of places to buy the product.
-Basic navigational links in the same style as the rest of the site. Not text, but graphics.
-All graphics visually coordinated with logo (provided).
Website design:
-I would like 1 page only for the entire site. This is a basic site. I would like the main page to have an area where text will load when a link is clicked. For example, if someone clicks "About Us", I would like the info to load on the same page (in one certain spot where all text is loaded) without loading up a new page.
-I need the page to quickly load and be compatible with any browser.
Most important is VERY BEAUTIFUL AND PROFESSIONAL DESIGN. I need to be able to have multiple revisions (if needed) of the graphics and page design. I welcome your input into the web page design because I am not a web design expert.
