need a simple tableless template

I need a tableless template.

It should look similar to [url removed, login to view] but can be simpler:

layout:

top bar

left bar - center bar - right bar

footer bar

the center div will have some small boxes under it. after 2 boxes the other 2 go to a new line etc.

the top bar will have 3 buttons at the center, like hawkhost but in hawkhost they are over the center div, here they should stay under the top bar

design: rounded corners, tableless and mainly blue/grey like hawkhost, the center div white background

sorry but i can accept only $30 bids or i'm gonna make it by myself. it's a long description but a very basic design! it's just a common 3 column tableless design with just a couple of variations..

last thing:

in the html first will go the top bar, then the center, then the others. just play with the "float" css property..
