need event page ..

Hi Freelancer; I have a client. They own a restaurant. Here is there website: [login to view URL] To promote their business my client is going to different concerts and events this summer so people can try their food. So we want to build an events page for their website. We want it to be fun. I think we shoudl do something similar but the pop up with show dates and give a link to the event that my client is going to i want to add event page on my site : curren site : [login to view URL] in page what i want : background like below "tone" must match doesnt need to be identical but I want it to be "consistent" so we can see its in teh same family but doesnt need to be replical i wanted you too get a feel for the tone the professionalism its fun its hip its cool its colorful content : only five headings , like : [login to view URL] so lets say I rollover Googamooga maybe small ox opens with dates of the event and link to the event look at [login to view URL] when you scrol down you see list of artits Roll over a band called the Yeah Yeah Yeahs you can see popup when mouse over a type of tool tip on all five handing.. just making sure you know I want something that looks like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] cool , decent professionalism - must be responsive for all devices, - Remaining information , i will provide on PM, - only serious bidder, - if you can provide MOCK UP then bid on this work only, - i will award this work today, so MOCK UP is needed by today. i want mokups within 12 hrs ..
