Looking to have a large website designed and built

We need to build a rather large website to help with a school's outward communication/appearance. This website needs to contain the following major features: Administrator Privileges and Tools Chapter or Club Pages Social Media Connections Data Reporting Link Hosting Job Board Data Reporting Have You Heard Section Events Calendar Form / Registration for RSVP events that require payment via a third party website Online Registration to use the functions of the website Member Profiles Member Directory Blog Badge System Customer Support funcitonality The website should be responsive in design (think Zurb's Foundation CSS framework). The above feature list is incredibly vague, but the 4000 character limit of this description area keeps me from being able to elaborate.
