logo+website+business card for IT company

We need the development of a corporate identity + logo + website for IT company. We are new to posting projects on GAF but we hope to make a good experience both for us as for the selected service provider ! Mainly looking for a creative artist with good communication skills and somebody who can lead the project/has initiative. we need : - business card template + letterhead template - logo has to be good for internet and print - need also a B/W version of the logo - website if possible W3C compliant, if possible xhtml - to make changes to the website easy it is required that : -> the menu must be easily configurable (add/remove items) so menu items cannot be images but must be markup+text -> all text boxes must resize well when content (text in it) changes, avoid absolute size specifications in CSS -> restrict javascript to bare minimum, focus on design optional : OS commerce layout using the same style. Do you manage the HTML code yourself or do you use some tool (Dreamweaver alike) that spits it out (with all the clutter that comes with it).
