76354 Icon needed now!

I need 2 icons made in 32x32. one of them is a simple icon which I will give you in gif format, and the other you will need to create. It will need to stand out, and have a 'envelope' or 'letter' on the logo. it needs to be 100% quality, and res. The first one i give you is gif, I just need it made to ico format with an icon editor, as i get an error (3.00 format needed) when inserting into software. As I do not have icon editor. need this done asap. I will insert into software first (money will be in escrow if needed), to make sure the icon is correct format. please show past icon works in PMB or you wil not be noticed. Also post price!
