GUI Designer JPG Webpage Concept

We need a GUI designer that can put together a one page JPG mock concept of a website. The website will be geared around a person as opposed to a company. We like to consider ourselves in the "People Branding & Imaging" business. So in order for them to look good, their websites have to look FANTASTIC!!
We look to promote politicians, consultants, entertainers, athletes, authors, etc. We want someone that has the vision need to give us an eye-catching, state-of-art visual concept.
We will provide you with name, photos, menu navigation names and sample content to add to your mock concept.
It is important to know that we ARE NOT asking you to build a website or even a functioning page to a website. All we want is a simple JPG file that will be truly eye-catching. We may give you links to other websites that we like and you can use it as sample for the JPG creation you will make. We would like you to provide three different looks in your final version of the project.
Please send us samples of your work or allow us to view your portfolio of designs/websites that you have created. We would like these three different page concepts to be delivered in about 7 to 10 days.
We consider this to be a long term project where you would design concepts/layouts and other teams would build around our specs and your work. Because this is an extremely important project and we are looking to build teams of people that have great GUI design skills, we may choose more than two or three teams or people for this project.
