Flash Website Gui

I would like to have a flash website that will act like a frame set website. I would like to be able to display linked html pages in the center frame and have the links custumizable by an easy to edit text file. I will attach an example of the text file. The links should be displayed in a tree format. The overall design of the gui should be industrial mechanical. I would like to see some samples provided. The most important part should be that the flash gui will resize itself depending upon the resolution of the veiwing computer. I would very much like to see samples.
