Design a Toys E-store + Create customized shipping module on Virtuemart

I currently have an e-commerce website at: [url removed, login to view] and am looking towards redesigning and incorporating it on a Joomla + Virtuemart platform.
General IMPORTANT requirements needed for the site:
1. A custom module (editable & idiot-proof) for the shipping charges in my country (Singapore) to overseas depending on weight of item.
2. To be able to generate a custom invoice for self-collection of purchased items at my physical store.
3. Different manageable accounts for customers affecting price final price of items. (Wholesale 10% discount/Platinum 5%/Gold 3% etc)
4. Member's page with editable choice of delivery (COD/Airmail/Self collection), personal particulars and infomation of purchase history or current/pending orders/preorders.
5. SEO
6. Layout of site and pages MUST be done according to .doc file provided.
