228228 CSS/xhtml graphic design job

Hello, We need a graphic design with the basic layout of the attached file. This outlines where we see ads going, categories of content, search fields, etc. However, we are looking to add a "Web 2.0" feel to everything with bubbly letters - but nothing over the top. Please only bid if you have a flare or feel for a solid web 2.0 type site. Please see the attached file as an example of what the content would look like in the layout. The color theme can be similar to that of the one located on the logo in the footer area of the attached file. We will need the following: CSS/xHTML PNG files Fonts folder and fonts A solid portfolio of similar type designs will help with bid acceptance. Thank you!
