112905 CMS Site Template

* GENERIC COPY AND PASTE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED * Hi, I am looking for someone that is good with graphics to produce a website template for us (computer security company). We could either use Rapidweaver, Joomla, WP or any other CMS (please specify which in bid). We would like it to run on a CSS. We already have a logo, business cards, etc, and a list of sites we like, so it would just be bringing everything together into a template. The idea of what we are going for is simplicity with professional looking graphics so that it does not look cheap, as simple often does. The only other thing we would need is possibly a PSD file to put on the front page for promotions or things we would like to highlight. We prefer an individual who is on AIM, awake and working during US CST, speaks English well, needs little guidance to get something done, and can continue to work in future on changes. Please provide only the most relevant links to this in bid (2-5 at most) AND you personal site if you have one that demonstates your graphics ability. Time frame: 1-2 weeks.
