Banner Design - Need finished in 1 day

I need a banner designed for a website I am going to put up in 1 day, so I need this done well and fairly quickly.
The banner will read "Les Go Blue" and have a photo of a man on the left hand side. I need a photoshopped picture created from the 2 photos attached. Please take out the "LSU" on the hat of the man and replace it with the "M" on the other photo. I want it to look like he is wearing a hat with the M.
Then please make a very nice graphic to the left of this saying "Les Go Blue".
That is it! Pretty simple.
