Website needs Sophistication and Intervention (to have the best features (i.e., graphics, ease, function) on the market)

Hello, Thank you for your valuable time. Your assistance is truly appreciated. Website needs to be completed, as the developer is limited. Website examples include: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Overview: (The business completes coursework (e.g., homework, quizzes, tests, exams, essays, papers, online courses).) Applicants (Experts and/or Writers) apply, and are to be automatically approved via passing the subject assessments, allowing him/her access to the particular orders which are in such subject category(ies). Students/clients place order, which is directed to the admin order page, and then directed to an order page in which qualifying Experts or Writers may review and accept. The first revision request is attached (Input and additional revisions will be provided as needed.). The following is a brief description of some of the issues which need to be resolved: Home page is plain, and needs significant work. The electronic order forms consist of a calendar which does not correlate accordingly with the price, per calendar week. The application process is to include subject tests/assessments which will be scored and recorded per applicant. Attaining a certain score (i.e., 80% automatically allows the applicant access to the particular subject orders). Failing to meet particular standards (i.e, "B" grade - editable by admin) will cause an automatic E-Mail warning to applicant. An Expert and/or Writer who receives two strikes will be denied access, unless Admin overrides such. Everything (i.e., text, color, font, boarders, photos) is to be easily editable by admin. (me). The current software allows a couple pages to be edited; however, the remaining pages must also be editable, including the automatic E-Mail confirmations, etc. I am to receive a percentage (editable) per payment made to the particular Expert and Writer (like www.Freelancer.com), which a system is to offer a payment plan to the client if the fee exceeds a particular amount (editable by admin.). Less clicks. For instance, the drop down boxes are to appear when the button is hovered by the curser, rather than having to be selected/clicked. History of financial matters are to be recorded via an organized system (i.e., groce, net). A tracking system (including a sophisticated map) of all website visits is to be recorded, including the exact location (residence address), time, date, total number of time per day, week, month, year.
