Upgrade Oscommerce, then integrate a template for the whole website

I would like to upgrade a live oscommerce 2.2 ms2 shop to oscommerce 2.3.1 then install and customise the following template : [login to view URL] on it. My shop is [login to view URL] , you will have to upgrade first the oscommerce version while keeping all the data & database on the website. Then you ll have to upgrade the design by installing and customizing the template as our requirements. Please have a look at a draft of how we would like the design to be Design : [login to view URL] You will find in this file the psd of home page & product details page + the fonts helvetica neue that will have to be used on the website. You will have to customize the template like in the draft and integrate it to all the pages of our website.
